Commission

We provide legal services to the clients upon acceptance of the client’s commission defining in particular the scope of the services and the remuneration.

Conflict of interests
We do not represent the client in the event of conflict of interests. We shall abstain from providing legal services if the conflict of interests occurs, our impartiality may be questioned, or our obligation to keep secrecy may be violated, except if the client informed by us about the problem consents to us providing further legal advice and our further activity does not violate legal or ethical rules applicable to lawyers.

Remuneration

Unless otherwise agreed with the client our remuneration is calculated on the basis of hourly rates of our lawyers.

Remuneration does not include Value Added Tax (VAT), which shall be added following relevant regulations.
