As legal adviser advised both Polish and international investors in relation to their investments in Poland, in particular on real estate projects, joint ventures, sales and purchases of companies, mergers and transformations of companies. Took part in the largest privatization project in the petrochemical sector, including Polish and international listings of PKN ORLEN.
